We met Ryan and Austin at the Eagan Home Show. Their personalities struck us right away. They were energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about their company. We chose R&A to do our project after having a consultation and they are a young small local company. Their crew was professional and friendly. We had railroad ties replaced after 38 years of deterioration and new edging and rock expanding an area around a tree where roots were too large to mow. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend R&A.
R&A did a 8 yard mulch job for me last week here in Rosemount. They were super professional and can out on time when they said they would, even though they were very busy. Super happy how the yard looks and that we were able to get squeezed in on the schedule.
I was very impressed with Ryan and the team. They managed to fit us in to what I imagine is a very busy beginning of the summer season. The team showed up on time and completed the project (removal of an old deck and some paver bordered landscaping) same day as promised. They cleaned up the area and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

"We completed a home addition and were looking for a landscape company to clean up and remove some of the old grass, install topsoil, and do finishing grading for sod placement. I contacted R&A after getting some sticker-shock from some other local firms, as I saw one of their vehicles and noted they were locally-based in Inver Grove Heights. Austin came out and met with me, reviewed our yard, and provided a quote for the requested work, and also quoted the sod installation so I could compare it with other quotes. It was a much more reasonable price than others I had received, and Austin was willing to work with our schedule to complete the work by early-October so we could finish the sod before winter. They completed the work in a day, and did a great job, even working with (around) us as we self-performed sod installation. Even though they inadvertently damaged an irrigation head, they came back and repaired/replaced it the next morning. We’re very happy and thankful we got this work completed by R&A to wrap up our home project!"
